    In 2012, after many years of hibernation, following the deaths of Dennis and Carl Wilson, founding Beach Boys members Al Jardine and Brian Wilson reformed the famous band to celebrate their 50th anniversary.

    Wilson and Jardine joined fellow founding member Mike Love, with Bruce Johnston and on/off member David Marks. Jardine called the reunion a "miracle" after decades of prolonged separation, legal spats and near reunions.
