Wasn't trying to convince you to be a Star Wars fan, just wondered if anyone had watched the 60th Anniversary Celebration of Disney tribute to the movie. I also notice how much weight Woopi has put on since her Ghost movie days. I remember seeing Louis Gossett in Enemy Mine and the Iron Eagle movies.
Leonardo DiCaprio is 41 - but he'll probably always have that little boy face. I'd like to see The Revenant, but Room is still first on my list.
I haven't even looked at what the Revenant is about but I can rent Room for $5.99 on Amazon and may do that soon.
Hey, what about Mad Max: Fury Road? What a great family film that is (only kidding). Hummmm, did someone here say Sci-Fi movies don't get Oscars? Actually, I have no idea how this movie won anything. I think we need all new members in the Academy for voting!
Looking for a Good Movie??? - List of All Academy Award Winners and Nominees Wife and I have gone through this list and found many good films worth watching... The Foreign Films were especially good. Not prejudiced for foreign films or anything, just simple pragmatic reality...if in competition with every other foreign movie, and each year, only one foreign movie wins...whatever wins is likely to be pretty good.
