Hello, I don't know if anyone needs to make a little extra cash now and then, but if you do and if you're handy with a camera, you should check out https://www.foap.com/. I think it was Fox News that had an article about it. Basically you take a picture of just about anything you want and upload it to their site. If somebody is interested in buying your photo, I think they pay you about 10 bucks. If anyone has ever been complemented on their photos, this would be a great chance to make a little money on the side and give yourself a pat on the back for having some photographic talent. Hope this helps someone or someone you know.
Looks pretty interesting but from what I understand the app is only for mobile tools and not for a regular PC. Please correct me if I am wrong as I would love to join up!
Yes, I do believe it would be a mobile app only. The point is that if a person sees something great to snap, they can just whip out their smart phone, snap a photo, upload it and offer it for sale. If that doesn't work for you, maybe it could work for someone you know. I think this would be a great way for college students to make some quick cash if they had an eye for photo taking.
I would have loved to try it, but I don't have internet on my phone and I only use a real camera, so it's clearly not for me. I do sell some of my photos through microstock sites, though I haven't submitted anything new for a long time as their technical demands have become incredibly high. I'm always on the lookout for an easier way to earn money for my photos, and hopefully one day I'll find the right one for me.
I have tried Foap and it is an interesting. You do rate other photographs in order to get your photo listed. Every photo must rate at least a 2.5 in order be listed on the site. I haven't sold any photos yet but still it has been fun. I've been on the site for about 4 months.
This sounds like an interesting app to check out. It probably wouldn't do me much good until I get a tablet with a better camera, but hopefully that won't be too far off, so I'm going to look into it. I am definitely looking to make money, and love photography, so it sounds perfect for me, thanks!
