My television went out this morning. I canncelled my service with AT&T including my phone and internet. Not sure what or when I'm going to do. Thought I'd let members know. Guess I'll be online till I return what I'm supposed to returned. Cheers. bill
It's all expensive, this is why I have internet, but not cable. If it's due to a financial decision, you can get a free cell phone and service here: http://freegovernmentcellphone.net/free-government-cell-phones-for-senior-citizens At least you will have a phone to use and a bit of online time. It will tide you over until you do something else.
@Bill Boggs ...can't you keep service for internet and watch tv on desktop? Or is it just expense in general ?
It's thankfully not the expense. I have an old cell phone I have been using for years. Mostly continued frustration With AT&T. They had our phone, tv and Internet. I'll get hooked back up with somebody in a few days. In the meantime has anybody heard from Don Alaska?

@Lon Tanner, No, do no have Comcast. Have AT&T, Cox Cable, DirecTV, which is at&t, and Dish. That's it. I had Directv tele, phone and Internet by AT&T. I'm going with somebody else for awhile. Communication has been a problem with at&t. I'll probably go with Cox Cable.
