This came on the TV and I recorded it in the 1970s My wife and daughter came back from a holiday. Said to my daughter this is a great film She said dont care dont want to watch it. I said you will watch it. She watched it. And every day after school she watched it again and again. Dear Tom, obviously you do care to read some reaction to your OP. But, and forgive me, what is the point that you are making? I can't react to you unless and until I get to know what is the point you are making with your OP. Now, I ask myself, what is the point that I am making with reacting to your OP? My point is to get to read something from fellow members of this forum community, that is some addition to my knowledge of everything of interest to myself. Now, what is at all of any interest to myself at this point in time, when I am today 82 years old, and healthy, and still active, meaning I can take care of myself as to keep myself alive and functioning decently. My interest now is to learn what others are doing in order to pass the time of everyday that the good Lord is giving to us. I have been in retirement since 2002 when I turned 65 years old, that was 18 years ago, now I do a lot of just walking around to see people and places, usually in my local environment, doing a lot of reading in the internet, but chiefly finding out whether I can get old folks like myself, to organize a self owned and operated community, where we can take care of each other, and assuage our loneliness and depression.
