    Don't have to cook if you don't want to!

    Don't have to wear make up, I do here because I don't want to frighten the boys. :)

    After awhile, Ina you get used to being alone and not having to do anything that you don't want to, having to cook for my grandsons this week is challenging. :)

    When do you stop feeling like your not procrastinating? I keep feeling guilty that I'm not work, or caring for someone else. What are these feeling all about? It makes me feel creepy.

    It's because you're so used to caring for others, give it time. Thankfully I have my time split. Alone and selfish in Fresno. Then when needed supergranny! :)

    Well exercising is fine and my leg and arm go the same way. It's a fine way to exercise that I usually don't do this kind of exercise. Leg and hand coordination is good to have always. As we age we get more and more sedentary and this sort of sitting exercising is very good.

    I hope you all enjoyed this exercise..All I know it has something to do with the left brain right brain (??)

    My foot changed and went forward and back (??)..
