I have spent the past two hours screwing around with a web site that I use for my prescriptions. They of course want a user ID, but also THREE Security questions and a nice big password. Registration with them is a joke.
Would you want it to be easy for someone to steal your prescriptions and possibly other personal information? The security questions are only to provide a way to verify that it is you if you forget your password or whatever. You should only have to deal with those once, when you register. After that just remember your password.
OK Beth but I have not had a similar Jump Thru The Hoops registration nightmare with any of the Banking & Investment services that I deal with and their security is just fine.
