The cult of Oppression, victim-hood, micro aggression and moral Culture these are to oppress the normal culture and punish anyone who dares to be normal. The dignity culture made everyone equal and everything was OK. Now it is victim culture who have their own language every enemy is an [ism] + privilege, trigger [warning] micro- aggression's, name calling, and the need for safe space. There is no forgiveness if you cross the line. This victim culture is toxic and will even turn on its own just to be a victim. This culture is promoted by entertainment and supported by the media who go out of their way to find the next victim crime even when it does not exist. You are attacked if you say you don’t care about these thing and called incentive but let’s look at the numbers. The TRANS people constitutes .6% of the American Population. Gay and Lesbian make up 4.5% of the population in America. Yet they are in the media every day and all the entertainment is geared for them.

Leaving the gender identification issue aside, in my most humble opinion many of the problems that society faces today stem from the inability to wholly accept the responsibility for one’s own shortcomings and actions.
From passing Johnny from one grade to another even though his ability to read is lacking, to giving everyone an award simply because they showed up, there is a whole generation (or two) who were not taught that success comes from work.
If someone finds that they are not advanced to another rung on life’s ladder then it must be because of someone else’s prejudices toward whatever one can find that might be a good reason for the prejudice.

It has been said many times over that if one sees that someone has made it in business, then watch everything they do and study what they did to achieve success and then do what they did. The same thing applies to every walk in life. There is no excuse for failure beyond one’s physical and / or mental natural ability to achieve it.
e.g. a bodybuilder will not run the 3 minute mile nor will an average intellect achieve greatness in the field of quantum mechanics.
A person with a victim mentality will automatically place the blame for his or her lack of success on something or someone who does succeed and it would seem by today’s method of education and child rearing that that particular train of thought is acceptable and moreover being taught.
