I've been stressed out. All I can do is stay home, sit in my swing (if weather permits), read a good book, and build a couple of bird houses to keep from thinking about the pandemic.

No shots yet - having to wear dang mask - who wouldn't be fatigued?

The weather here today was so nice that I went and walked around the yard. It felt good! :)

Massage, Hugs, Caresses, Hand Shakes----It seems like an eternity that I have had any of the foregoing activity and living alone makes some of that activity difficult if not impossible.

Can you have a pet ? Did you decide not to get one? It would help you a lot. Cat might bebest for you.

Yes Residents can have a dog or cat in their apartment and I would love one but given my lack of good mobility it's just not practical.
