Over my years of living in Hat Town, I've learned that hats don't grow on trees,,,,but sometimes, they just hang out there! My orange, Wheaties cap is one of my favorites! What's your favorite hat look like?
Trust me, I'm an engineer (not). My favorite hat is one just like this one. I bought it in the 80's, and it fit perfectly. Still have it, but never wear it, because I didn't want to wear it out too soon. This thread made me go check to see if I could still find it. Maybe it's time to get started wearing it.
I'm not overly fond of hats, although I wear them sometimes to keep my hair from becoming too much of a mess.
One Rule that Raoul Walsh, the great, early Movie Director had when making films was to let the actors pick there own hats! "Choosing a hat is a personal thing", he maintained.
During your visit to Hat Town, be sure to stop and check out the Mexican Hat Lodge, over on Main Avenue.
