I think the county sheriff is the ultimate supreme law of the land in his county. This includes the federal, state and local officals.
They are patritotic but are they constitutional scholars? I know Ben Shapero is one. I use to know more whe nI could think and study ,not sure if it is senility or just the stress of radical changes in all aspects of our life. She is orrect about how we have forgotten our laws. Most of us don't even know any of the laws of this nation.
Levin has written 6 books and has classes specifically working with the Constitution. Cruz is an attorney and moreover is a Constitutional attorney who has won 2 arguments against the SCOTUS. Also, if memory serves me correctly, he was getting ready to present the Republican case of the unconstitutionality by which the electors in 3 states were going to present their votes in 2020. His case was sorely interrupted by the “insurrection” on Jan. 2nd which the Dems illogically say was started by the Republicans. I am not a Constitutional Scholar but by the time I am finished studying, I dern sure will be.
I agree with what she says, but I don't know whether she is a Constitutional scholar...or even what makes one a scholar. Obama was touted as a scholar, but he was only an adjunct lecturer, not even an assistant professor according to information I have seen. His study of the Constitution was to find ways to bypass and destroy it.
I didn't know they were so thanks for info. I know Krisanne has degree in Constitutional law as dose Shapero.
I guess I just eat my crow and admit I was wrong.I just looked and I don't think Krisanne was a Constitutional lawyer ,so guess that makes me wrong on both accounts.. Sorry And Ted Cruz is a Constitutional lawyer according to what I found on him..
No need to eat crow Marie. A piece of sheep skin doesn’t necessarily guarantee that the person who has it on his or her wall is a scholar. To me, a scholar doesn’t stop studying because they have completed a course of study. It’s ongoing because there’s more to know each minute that passes. When one is so adamant about whatever interests they have that each spare moment is spent in research, now THAT’s a scholar!
That’s pretty much the angle that @Don Alaska has taken on it and I whole heartedly agree. Criminal lawyers do it all the time.
