Even if its just in your chair move to the music,whatever music you like, even if you have to hum to yourself.
On another forum about 15 years ago a man w2as not happy and in bad shape. I ask him to dance with me .At first he thought I was being funny. But we both started putting up songs and dancing together in virtural reality. Not kidding he lost 25 lb.s last I heard and his whole personality changed.We became good cyber buddies on the site. At first he danced in his chair or thats what he said anyway. It was fun and helped him and me alot. We could have a group exercise thing here too .
I like all kinds of music, but am too clumsy to dance. Went through a boogie woogie phase not long ago. The videos are so much fun to watch!
I have to watch it too but I even dance in my chair sometimes. I like all kinds of music too. Hubby doesn't dance much since he got injured,lots of metal in his back. Now and then he will slow dance but not long at a time. He hasn't fast danced in nearly 20 years. I don't care if I look foolish dancing it makes me feel good. Hubby just says " don't hurt yourself".
I don't want to but I need to so here I go yall come dance with me, This is good warm up song then will play or one of you play the work out song you like. Classic, C&W ,rock whatever makes you feel good.
