ooooh, the word is an anagram, but that's only half the answer

It's not that Holly. I've added another letter to the word, I don't think it matters but I prefer it.

Apart from the anagram, think how the letters are placed...

 

I'm stuck...it'll take someone smarter than me to work it out...

 

I just cheated Big time ....... I used my anagram solver for the words supplied .....and came up with Disarranged ?? For an possible answer????

 

I knew it was a difficult one, Holly and Kate. Without already knowing the answer I'd be lost with it.

Without the 'DIS', Kate's got the word right.. Arranged. But it's also how the letters are arranged, why are they in that order.
