The media is so excited about the debate. Telling the viewers the day it's going to be BUT never a thing I could gather about the TIME. Going on the Internet almost the same thing. Summary's on how to watch it. What, I'm not a 3 yr. old. I can comprehend. Well then, here it all is, Presidential Debate, Monday September 26th. 9:00pm EST....Vice Presidential Debate, Tuesday October 4th. 9:00pm. EST.....Presidential Debate, Sunday October 9th. 9:00pm EST.....Presidential Debate, Wednesday October 19th. 9:00pm EST....
We're recording in from CNN tomorrow night. May watch it as we are recording it. This is a "must watch" for both of us. To say the least........going to be interesting!
So it's tomorrow night? I rarely watch them. I find it more entertaining to watch the comments on Twitter from viewers disgusted with how it's going. I doubt there's anything that will be said that will change my mind, and I find the reporters/moderators highly annoying.
My Bad a day ahead of myself. tomorrow night at 9:00pm EST......A day ahead you meet a new friend....
I have not watched Trump beyond a few words here and there. His demeanor is definitely not appreciated by my wife; therefore tomorrow at 6:00PM AZ time (which is Mountain Standard, year-round), may just reveal the seeds planted for the next World War, if something vital contends with the debate scheduling. Like perhaps Big Bang Theory........... I can watch in the guest bedroom, but my doing so will also create harsh feelings. Thank goodness, though, she is not a staunch Dem like her Mother, who instantly responded in the affirmative, when I asked her if the Dems ran a monkey, would she vote for it!!
We will very likely be watching the debate tomorrow. We have watched all of the earlier debates for the republican nomination, and even watched a little bit of one of the Clinton/Sanders debates just to see what went on there. This is actually one thing that both of us enjoy on television, and usually otherwise, Bobby and I both use our ipads and just watch whatever we want. He likes Netflix or Amazon movies, and I am usually reading or watching some kind of information video on Youtube. Since both of us have headphones, we never disturb each other. I used to hide out in the bedroom and read, or in the computer room because I don't care for television; but now that we have the iPads, all of that has changed, and we enjoy each other's company and still follow our own interests for entertainment and education. Apparently, Hillary's advisors have told her that she should not do the debates, and I would not be surprised if she comes up with some reason to cancel out at the last minute.
I'll be listening to it, I know. I am not sure whether I'll be watching it, although I'd like to be able to watch it in case Hillary falls over or something.
@Ken Anderson Likely that will be prevented by an extensive system of support from above, invisible to all......
I plan on watching. I just pray Hillary doesn't have a coughing fit during it. The last time she did that, I had to turn off my TV and spray it down with disinfectant. Disgusting.
I am not an American but I am interested in that debate. My husband who is already retired will surely have his eyes on CNN for that debate. Although we are not voters, it is also our concern since we look up to America as the big brother. That's why it is unethical to hear our president cursing Obama because that is out of manners. As of the latest I know, Hillary is leading by about 2 points in the polls but Trump supporters are confident that the slight lead can be eclipsed when Trump had capitalized on Hillary's health issues. Maybe the debate can clarify all issues between the 2 candidates.
I'll record it. It doesn't matter if Hillary dies on stage (not wishing it) the people that are voting for her will still vote for her is my belief. All this talk of doubles, and seizures and Parkinson's makes for good forum posts and news on the internet but in reality her followers don't care or don't believe it. Same with Trump....all the talk of him being racist, orange, etc isn't changing his supporters minds. I don't believe he's racist, in fact I don't believe half the crap about him. He's gotten this far in life and nobody has singled him out as being Hitler until he began running for prez. To me...both sides have gotten ridiculous in what's being thrown out there and it's just making people angry and ugly but won't change minds. I saw on some signatures on another forum that stated Trump raped a 13 yr old girl. So far, that's not true.
I will watch the debate, and I think most will. It is not going to change my opinion of the candidate I favor, but I will look forward to hearing the issues discussed, in what I hope is going to be in an intelligent and professional manner. I just think that it will be an event that will reach a huge audience. Some people have even commented on it, as being super bowl sized, so we will see what happens when we get down to it. It is one of the things that we need to watch.
I'll be watching K E It is stressful, but I feel I owe it to my country to pay attention to what is being said. I think too many folks refuse to listen to all the speeches first-hand. I used to just listen to what others were saying, but now I listen for myself
