HAHAHAHAHA! In 2010 Trump fired Apprentice contestant for saying "crap". http://www.chicagotribune.com/entertainment/chicagoinc/
I don't get it. She said that on a show, he said what he did in private ( he thought). Apples and oranges.
In the business world there is indeed a time for everything. One would not go into a meeting with alcohol on their breath nor would one say anything disturbing to the boss such as "crap". Everything we do in life can and does depend on the situation such as the dependency of bad language in crucial situations is a no-no. Rather than turning red and snarling something like "The crap is going to hit the fan", it might be more appropriate to keep calm and say, "The defication is going to strike the atmospheric oscillator.". After which, when no one is around the person can feel free to repeatedly swear and bang one's head upon the urinal or toilet whichever is more appropriate for the gender. Seriously though, from my understanding, the biggest reason that the apprentice was such a hit was that it was more of teaching tool than just a show for entertainment purposes. Some business schools actually recommended the apprentice so I wouldn't doubt the reasoning that Trump had for firing someone over saying CRAP.
In private I would have no problem telling my girlfriend I think my boss is sexy. I would never say that on the job though. These are things you just know.
If she was supposedly there for a job interview, that was not a good choice of words. Most unprofessional. We all know that most men talk bull sh!t when women are not around. Apples and oranges.
Be most careful when writing such things Chrissy. To be PC one must specify that apples and oranges are the edible variety rather than just the colloquial terminology used to describe gay folks. We cannot temp those with a propensity to stir the proverbial pot aka Arlene, with anything but straight line writing. uh oh....did I just write....Straight? Sorry Be that as it may, very true Chrissy because Trump did say his stuff in a private setting and our fired star was an apprentice business person. Big difference.
Shirley, there's a TV show called The Apprentice and Celebrity Apprentice. That's why there were TV cameras in the room. It was not a job interview, it was a board room discussion. The point is Trump's hypocrisy.
Speaking of hypocrisy, back when I WAS reading at the other place, there were some sexually explicit posts made by men and women there. They described their sexual prowess and exploits in vivid terms. This was back in the spring, I think. I remember being quite surprised that they would post those things on a public board. They were things I would not have told my best friends. I was also surprised that the Admin and Mod would permit those things to be posted. They must have regained their modesty since then.
Back in the day when my mouth ran dirty a million miles a second, I would have been laughed out of the locker room with just "poo". It was either all or nothing and believe me, I probably said it all.
I changed overnight. Many people change which is probably the grander property of getting older and wiser. I allow for change and I wish most people would do the same but as humans we all have our own crosses to bear. I think getting drunk is a foolish thing but yet, I used to get drunk a lot. Does that make ME a hypocrite? Doing drugs is the most stupid thing any human can do but yet......I did a lot of drugs when I was younger. Am I a hypocrite? What stupid, foolish things did you used to do @Arlene Richards that you are not proud of but you no longer do? Ah yes, by your standard you are just like me, ...............another hypocrite.
Uh oh.....Hillary does her own locker room stuff......... https://www.facebook.com/DailyCaller/posts/10153860343121770 It would seem that Hillary also fits the imposed and presumptuous description of hypocrite! Wait a minute, there's nothing presumptuous about it....Hillary actually IS a hypocrite!!
Actually, I liked the first few seasons of the Apprentice. I didn't care for the Celebrity Apprentice that much, and I detested Omarosa...Trump brought her back several times and she's currently working for his campaign.
Obama has invited people to the White House who have publicly said things a whole lot worse than anything that Trump has said. As for Trump's television career, I can say that I have never once watched the Apprentice or Celebrity Apprentice, nor do I know for sure which of them he might have been on, although I think his was the Apprentice, right? That's just not the sort of thing that I enjoy watching. I wasn't very familiar with Trump until he announced his candidacy. I heard the name of course, and I knew what Trump Towers was, and that he had run for a third party nomination once. Everything else I know about him has been through research.
