i posted part of this in the good morning post but have more to add so will just start a new topic. Well I'm all done at the dr everything is good! I had every single thyroid and parathyroid test there was and they all came back Normal. Tested for lupus and all the autoimmune diseases..all normal. Yikes and hope I won't have a copay on this lab!! Vitamin D which was low last time is normal. Seems I had quite a comprehensive blood test this time. Everything is good. No sign of inflammation anywhere. My weight is good, my BP is good. Wonder why I feel crappy and tired. He asked if I snored an maybe wasn't sleeping well. I live alone, I don't know. Besides I'm not wearing anything at night even if I do snore. Talked about antidepressants and he was outraged at the price of Wellbutrin also, called it criminal, lol. We decided on no antidepressants since I've tried along list of them previously. That's about it for now...he just took a quick listen to my heart and lungs and that was that. My sweet other dr looked in my ears, throat, nose..every nook and cranny...they broke the mold after they made her.
Sounds good Chrissy I've just ordered magnesium, its for tiredness and a host of other worthwhile things Apparently this depletes as we age and we need it, like vitamin D
Maybe I'll check it out...don't know if my lab included that or how I know I'm low but this was the most thorough lab I've ever had and all is well.
Yes, me too @Denise Happyfeet . It put me in a chipper mood. After Walgreens I went to the bank and Trader Joe's where I bought ground turkey, spaghetti squash, delicata squash, shaved Brussels sprouts and all kinds of healthy goodies. My daughter said she made a recipe with ground turkey and shaved Brussels sprouts an dit was very good and carb. So, in a bit I'm going to cook up the ground turkey...then divide it up. Also, I should put make up on more often....the cashier at TJ's was kinda flirting with me and he wasn't bad looking. So, a great day so far and now I have nothing hanging over my shoulder either until I leave for my daughter's house around the 20th.
@Chrissy Cross - laughter is the best medicine - did you know that, it releases them good thingies into our system
