    I did this simple test and came up with a pleasing result, assuming of course that I don't fall off too many ladders or dance on the roof of a tram ;)

    Funnily enough @Holly Saunders I was having Kefir with buckwheat porridge and fruit as I wrote that post.... Buckwheat is the national healthy food here in Russia and served in their fast food restaurants ....

    I filled it out until the last page. Then it wanted to know my first name and email address. They already had my year of birth. My name is in my email address. With that information, they could find out everything about me. I just closed it out. My business is none of their business. :D

    You just give them a junk email address or a made up one @Shirley Martin, the answer appears on the screen anyway, I never give a real address for these kind of marketing ploys.
