I should not have posted that picture. I regret now, having done so. In my nightmares I see that image looking back at me from my bathroom mirror....... Frank
You're right Chrissy - there is a sadness about him Some do this to fit in - some as a mark of aggression I think he fits the first. It's a shame though, as it ruins chance of employment and in years to come, will probably regret his choice
Ha ha, you could be right! I agree with you though on it being a bad choice....he'll never get a "normal" job.
Not to judge (yea, right), but when we see a good-looking young girl w/beautiful eyes, hair complexion and body................and then she pulls out a cigarette from her purse and lights up, well, to us, all that beauty pretty much disappears. Same thing goes if her arms are covered w/tattoos. If we see a nice looking adult young man, that "nice looking" can definitely go down the drain (for us) if he pulls a cigarette out and lights up. If he has tattoos all over his arms and on his neck, that "beauty" is gone also. Now, what I want everyone in this Thread to know and please remember..........these are OUR opinions!
When wearing my old Darth Vader costume, wife and I bought shoulder pads to attach underneath the foam chest/shoulder armor to make my shoulders and cape stand out better. In my new costume, the expensive one, all of the armor is injected molded plastic and stands out much better than the foam ever would. Another thing, years ago I really liked button-down collar shirts and still do. I've only got a couple regular collar shirts in the closet.
You have a right to your opinion. The guy from the alarm company is here and the issue is with the alarm on my sliding glass door in my bedroom. If he looked like the guy from Frank's pic, I'd be in the bedroom watching him work. He doesn't so I'm in another room. Not that there's anything to steal in my bedroom but .... Of course, the guy in Franks photo wouldn't get a job with a security company anyway....I would think. But if he was nice when he introduced himself, I would probably change my mind about him.
Not us! I'd immediately call the company and ask for someone else to do the work. Sorry, but just don't like the look.
I would only do that if he was really a jerk. Also, did you ever think if the guy found out that you complained about him, he might key your car.
Of course its your opinion Cody - you'd say if you were writing on someone else's behalf As for smoking - it used to be 'the thing' to look the business - women like Bette caressed that cigarette with sexiness Now of course, the charm of those screen goddesses is pretty non existent today, so smoking is compared to the 'lower class' now - that's life
