In the last couple of days there's a couple of things happening in Ken's neck of the woods. 1st and probably the most bizarre is a dude who is an "ordained" satanist decided to grab a couple of goat horns and has now made them a part of his every day apparel. So much a part, that the picture on his driver's license now sports his new found look. Perhaps @Ken Anderson has passed by him a time or two because the now infamous devil guy lives in, of all places, Millinocket. https://www.washingtonpost.com/news...-are-religious-attire/?utm_term=.7741b1c14572 The other piece of news is that the owner of Turner LP Gas Co (Michael Turner) in Skohegan, Maine has placed a new piece of advice on his voice mail. He simply advises folks who call in that he is discontinuing delivering gas to anyone who voted for Trump. Good call for a businessman (right!) because the county he serves overwhelmingly voted for Trump to the tune of 57%. Now, I do wonder if he inherited the business or if sniffing too much gas was why his decision making processes have gone blank. Or, it could be just another case of a sadly incurable disease, liberalitus stupidus. https://www.facebook.com/sarahpalin/posts/10154859208218588
Nobody seems to know him here, in a place where most people are related. Although there is some speculation as to who he might have been, no one seems to know for sure. Despite every media account identifying him as being from Millinocket, while that may not be entirely inaccurate, he doesn't live here and hasn't lived here in quite a while, if at all. He lives in Portland, which we refer to as northern Massachusetts. Even before the mill closed, they hadn't hired anyone new since the 1970s so a lot of kids moved from Millinocket after graduating from high school, so that may have been the case with this guy. He seems a little old to be playing dress-up though. Yeah, that's an issue. Interestingly, when the news came out, people started looking him up and it turns out that his license to deliver gas expired in 2012 and hasn't been renewed. Either he has been operating without a license for five years or he hasn't been delivering gas to anyone, regardless of who they may have voted for.
lol. If the pretend goat went head to head with a real goat I know who the winner would be. I can almost see the billing.........
