I'm watching that right now @Holly Saunders on my TV. Not only does the News give you fake news often...but they also sensationalize and milk things to death!
They say he brought the gun in his luggage from Canada. I thought people in Canada were not allowed to own guns?
He was on a flight from Alaska and was in the National Guard. The key word is "was" and, apparently, he showed an expired National Guard I.D.. On this mornings local news, it was stated that he told Authorities that he was told by the CIA to contact ISIS...........whatever that is all about. At this point, the FBI is NOT ruling out that this was a terrorist attack. Perhaps the dude has already told the FBI why he done this, but they are not releasing this info to the public yet. My wife just told me that, reading online, the guys family has said that he lost his mind after a tour in Iraq. That makes me wonder how he acted on the flight from Alaska????
IMO, someone this deranged must know full-well there is a very good chance that attacking folks will ultimately cost him his own life. IOW, he carries a "death wish", but lacks the courage and remaining "sense" to simply end his own miserable existence via suicide. Frank
First, after a mental evaluation was given him, at the request of the FBI, the FBI closed whatever case they had with him. Apparently his mentality was found to be fine......I don't get that. His family said he had ongoing mental problems, but the FBI closed their case on him. Something sound really weird with that, right? However, Frank, I do agree with your reply here.
