Two thinks come to mind for me; grapes and cherries. Whether I have a handful or a bucket full I find it hard to make myself stop eating them.
Potato chips, that's why I seldom buy them. Bought some yesterday though and already ate them. I also bought a cake pop that I ate too...yesterday was a feed my craving kind of day....I didn't eat dinner though, figured I had enough calories for the day. I agree on cherries too though, they are hard to stop until most are gone.
Pasta! Love it! Changed to Whole Wheat only about a year ago, as suggested by my wife. Something about less Glycemic Spike. Now, she eats NONE at all, and encourages me to, guess what? Frank
Pistachio nuts, pop corn, chips including Cheetos and Freetos, Iso Sunflower Seeds, tater tots, bacon, roast beef, chicken tenders, butter crackers, General Mills Trix, walnuts are just at the top of my head for now, lol. I love food. I feel so alive when I am eating. I'm trying to loose weight and like Cancerans Librans love food. My doctore said i got to loose weight, lol.
I wrote thinks instead of things and when I tried to edit it everything disappeared. I thought it was lost so I reposted. Oh well.
White seedless grapes, which are not bad or unhealthy. But popcorn, chips, Doritos, I tend to eat more when I have a bowl/bag so I just get a handful at a time. Lately I've developed a craving for McD breakfast sandwiches - especially sausage mcmuffin (without egg). I buy a few and freeze them. Odd because I'm usually not a fan McD.
I'm with @Sheldon Scott when it comes to fresh cherries. I can eat them until I get a tummy ache. My grandson, Bobert, has figured out that when he catches me not eating, that a bacon BLT sandwich will work every time.
Toast with butter and jam was one of my cravings when I was pregnant with my daughter....I could eat 5-6 pieces at one sitting. No wonder I gained so much with that pregnancy. I was more careful with my second pregnancy and only gained about 20-25 lbs as opposed to the embarrassing 40 with my daughter.
Also, and this is a new craving...warm crusty bread with butter or dipped in olive oil or any sauce. Ate more bread at my son's house and even made an easy loaf of bread with the nanny and the 3 boys during Christmas break. It was a simple recipe the nanny found and you put it in a plastic bag to knead and the boys had fun with that...it turned out better than expected but we also made peanut butter cookies at the same time just in case.
I love pasta as well Frank and you might like DREAMFIELDS PASTA which has a very low Glycemic Index and less likely to cause a SPIKE
