    That's fine. I just wanted to make sure you knew that there's a give and take here. People are generally willing to listen to anyone who wants to talk to them, but not so interested when someone is talking at them.

    Hello! Yes, Chrissy. I am a doctor.
    anyway, if you want to take my advice. You can start exercising at home like jogging in place for at least 10-15 mins just to start your cardio, and then after that do a bit of stretching to loosen up your muscles. Do the stretching for at least 10 mins also.. and then try to do little bit of leg work like calf raises for 10 counts or if you are able to do leg raises it would be much better.
    if you want, you can search through the internet for exercise programs that is 30 minutes each day without equip,emts, but a;ways be sure that you feel okay if you exercise. If you feel dizzy or out of breath, you have to take a break.

    It was warmer this weekend; so I have been outside working in the yard both yesterday and today. I have been raking up the pine needles and also using my little electric cultivator to till the flowerbeds. This morning, I went back to Walmart to see if they still had the tulips on sale (and they did); so I walked around in there for a half hour or so.
    Anyway, my fitness tracker says that I walked over two miles yesterday, and then today, I walked over three miles; so I am really happy about that.
    Doing yardwork in the spring is one of my favorite things, and I try to get as much done as possible in that little timeframe between too cold and too hot to be outside.
    I am thinking about saving up for a new fitness tracker, and I would like one of the ones that not only tracks my steps and my sleep like the Jawbone UP does; but one that also shows my blood pressure and heart rate. My blood pressure is usually around 110-120/60-70; so it is not an issue but the heart rate is important.
    My doctor says that as long as the heart rate is slow; I should not go back into a-fib, and so far the medication seems to be working just fine. But I would like to be able to just look at my wrist and see how it is doing instead of using the blood pressure cuff.
