Hello everyone, I left here because someone made me mad, actually hurt my feelings. That was stupid of me. I've been posting at that other forum. Don't hate me for it. But I realize why I left there in the first place. Anyway, that place may be busier but there is low quality. I'll need to find another profile picture. I don't want to use my real cats again. I came and looked at this forum last night and could feel again instantly how much more friendly and nice it is here. Even with a few upsets now and again. I think that's just the internet.
Of course, you're welcome here. It doesn't have to be an either-or thing either, at least not as far as this forum is concerned. I certainly don't care if someone posts in another forum too. It's not unusual for someone to leave, and then come back. That's why I leave accounts open. As the forum gets older, I might delete some accounts but I'll never be in a hurry for that. Anyhow, welcome back.
Hi @Kitty Carmel, I'm glad you came back. I too still post once in awhile over at the other forum, mainly to let my old friends know that I'm still standing. But yes, it is nice and simple here. For some reason we don't feel the need to out do each other so much here. I am sorry you were hurt, and I hope I had nothing to do with it. I too have had my feelings hurt here, but I decided to ignore the person who thought that kind of behavior was fun. Although this is not my first forum, I do feel as if it is my home forum, and I'll not let someone else run me off. My friends are here, and they helped me get through that episode. Sorry about the large bold type, but my eyes are a bit more blurry than usual.
Welcome back, @Kitty Carmel , and I am so glad that you decided to come back again, too, and I also hope that I had nothing to do with whatever hurt your feelings here. Mostly, when that kind of thing happens, it is unintentional, or just a misunderstanding, and hopefully, it will not happen to you again. I wondered what had happened with you; but sometimes people just leave and we never do know why they left.
Welcome back Kitty! Although I did read your posts over there, I couldn't reply. Most of us are on more than one forum, it's not a big deal. If someone makes you angry or upsets you use the ignore feature
Can't agree more, glad you are stickin Ina, I have some good buddies here and consider it home as well. I do drop in other forums, mostly tekkie ones as I'm always tearing about a computer, tablet or phone seeing how they work. Then I have to figure how to put them back together, LOL!! @Kitty Carmel First of all, welcome back. You should never leave a forum because of one person or even many people. Leave or stay depending on your own enjoyment, interest, needs, etc. No need to explain, announce, ask permission, or apologize. If you don't care to read certain people's posts for whatever reasons, learn to use the Ignore command. It's great for filtering out the ........well, 'nuff said. "Hate" you? That's overly dramatic. Most people's lives aren't affected by who does/does not post on an internet forum. Buck up, stop worrying, and enjoy yourself. btw I liked the cat you used to have as a profile picture.
Hey @Denise Happyfeet, I've missed seeing you here. I like your new avatar. Your hair is at a stage that makes me want to play hair dresser. You know with curlers or curling irons, and I'd even try some of the colored hair chalks on you. I sent some to @Yvonne Smith, and she has been playing with different combinations.
