   [IMG] [IMG] (image from http://www.priesters.com/product/Old-Fashioned-Pecan-Pies/pecan-gifts. 10/7/2015.)
Before it was pecan pies & tarts all the time, any time and always! I found them at Walmart at an economical price! Then the doctor said either make life style changes or meds! Now it's sugar free & as much cholesterol free products! So now it's these:

Coconut sugar free candy is one of my favorites among others.

Sugar free and cholesterol free, no sugar added, no sodium to low sodium numbers are words I began to love!:D

Other than my daily quantity of coffee, I'm a fruit and veggie gal. But, every once in a great while I do like coconut macaroons. Yummmm...

I see that @Krissttina Isobe and @Ina I. Wonder and I all enjoy coconut. I wonder who else here does? I love it in pretty much anything and everything. I try to make at least one batch of coconut macaroons every year at Christmas, and a friend and I sometimes sip coconut rum in hot chocolate. Here's a recipe for coconut hot chocolate, if you don't want to simply spike yours with coconut rum.

I am going to have to say of the above. I love ice cream but can not eat it without having a stomach ache. I can not help myself around chocolate, anything made out of chocolate I will eat it. I have found a copycat site for all of the big restaurants and their specials including Starbucks. I have not tried any of the items yet but will be giving it a try soon. My grandkids love the ice pops and I will get one if there are enough to share.

@Pat, do you have a link to the site with the copycat recipes? I'd love to see the recipes. My favorite 'ice cream' is frozen custard, but it's hard to find here. I just took my bowl out of the freezer to make room, but when I've used up some of the food that's in there, I'll put it back in there, so I can make some frozen custard.

I love coconut, too; but I only eat the fresh coconut, or add some grated coconut to my smoothie when I make a green smoothie.
I sometimes add the coconut oil to my hot coffee because coconut oil is so healthy. I seldom eat cookies or desserts, and I actually do not like coconut macaroons. They are just way too sweet for me !
However, my favorite candy bar (in fact the only one that I even like ) is a Peter Paul Mounds bar. I only have maybe 1-2 in a year, but I just love the taste of the dark semi-sweet chocolate and the creamy coconut.

I went to our local farmers market once and bought some oatmeal cookies from an Amish gal. They were the best I ever had. Made with coconut oil. I'm going there tomorrow and see if she's there this weekend. I might propose, just for those cookies. She had home baked bread of several kinds and other stuff too.
