I know @Babs Hunt Is busy, busy so I'll excuse her but do miss her posts. I also know that it's spring and there are many reasons to be outside, except for me since it's 97 degrees today. We've had a few new members joining, I hope to see more posts from them (no pressure). There's also quite a few missing... It's usually busy in the morning on here but the rest of the day kind of slows down a lot. Hope this is just a passing phase.
I can understand Sundays or the weekend, even retired people usually have some plans but it's been quiet most week days also. I'm not posting this to blame anybody, just that that's how forums die...nobody posts.
It was a lot busier before the election and now the forum is quiet. Maybe we have nothing to complain about or nothing to be proud of.
Since I am only Semi-Retired, I only post 'semi-of-the-time'. I read the threads everyday, just might not join in due to little knowledge of the subject. One would be cooking. I love to eat, but if you want anything more than a Waffle, I'm not your man. You guys start and I'll join in when I think of something to add.
It is only Wednesday but the news here has kept many of tuned to the news. Third major shooting so far this week.its like ...geez is the water that polluted that everyone keeps shooting each other? Another thing...no one seems to know what happened to Ina Wonder on here. I also tune in here everyday...but dont always post anything. Soon as I heal up from all this oral sugery maybe I will fee more like posting
Maybe you should pm @Yvonne Smith for info on Ina, she'd be one to know. As for the shootings...yep, too many. In fact, when I read a new story I'm not sure if they're talking about the previous story or it's a new one.
Ina posted on Monday... and she doesn't post on the forum every day.. so I'm sure she's ok, but she'll be happy to know she's been missed..
I have not heard from @Ina I. Wonder for a few says either, not since she had the adoption that she wrote about on here. However, she is on my iPad find-my-friends, and I can see that she was traveling today. It seems like about the time I think that I need to call and see how she is doing, she will message me or call me; but I still worry about her and check each day to see if it looks like she is home or moving around somewhere. I know she has been having eye problems for a while , and said it was harder for to be online. Hopefully, she will pop in soon, and has just been busy with life.
Weekends have always been slow but it's been slower than usual lately. It will probably pick up again.
