I got this comparison from Lionel of Lionel Nation web videos. He talked about a cat who chases a laser light the cat will chase the light every where even to running into the wall. The cat never realizes that someone is controlling the light. This is beyond the cats understanding having said that this is exactly what Trump is doing to the media and they have no idea they just keep chasing the light with no idea Trump is running it

 

This may seem off topic, but wait for the punch line. There is currently a tropical depression forming in the mid atlantic. Models are suggesting it will reach tropical storm status in the next 4 days. The tracking models suggest somewhere near Bermuda, but with the possibility of the mid Atlantic States.

Brace yourself for a news overload about a Tropical Storm named DON.

Thanks for the link as i watch hurricanes probably more than most as living in the Dominican Republic. Anything more than a two day prediction you have to take with a grain of salt. I have been watch hurricanes here for over 15 years and watch them predict ones going over my head and find later they were hundreds of miles away. I will be keeping an eye on this.

 

@Martin Alonzo, I watch out for possibilities of storms in the Gulf of Mexico, primarily as 50%+ of U.S. refining is along the gulf coast.

If the tropical storm does occur and it gets anywhere near D.C. then Tropical Storm Don will be the news and how it gets spun by the media would be interesting and amusing.

 

If it is a choice between a topical storm that might kill hundreds and CNN getting a piece on Trump I know what CNN will carry and it will not be the storm.

 

You are seriously underestimating the media's ability to make everything about Trump, imo.

I'll help with the possible headlines...

• A Tropical Storm named DON develops on the heels of DONald Trump taking the U.S. out of the Paris climate change accords.
• DONald Trump tweets up another storm... this one called DON.
• Trump Storm DONald spawns Tropical Storm DON.

The possibilities are nearly endless and will be spun faster than T.S. DON's windspeeds, imo. Climate change/Trump/storms/Paris/global warming! Think about it.

 

Many will unfortunately never see that the Trump analogous 'light' is not a beacon but rather bait.

 

I would like some proof.
