Actually, they would both have to be members. If they are both members, they can both enter the contest individually. If a voter likes both husband's and wife's costume then they can vote for both of them in male and female categories respectively.

Started decorating today...it's been a busy day, and Tomorrow is Spooky Jumble Day (Halloween words, limit 6 letters)! Special Halloween mugs were delivered today, and I guess. most of the decorations will go up tomorrow. The whole crew has been busy getting their costumes together, and will be working in costume, during the party. I just, got a call, saying mine won't be ready till Saturday.

Yes, it's okay to post as many pics of Izzy as you want. The only problem that arises is when someone may change their mind and change their costume. That would cause confusion.
Another point about pics of pets…you may costume your own pet or you may pull a pic from the internet of a costumed pet. Same for members. You may have a homemade costume that you shoot yourself or pull one from the internet that you did not make.
No, it's a face and side shot. With Izzy it's not easy getting a good clear shot. I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with. I'm ready for the jumble game for tomorrow. To bad we don't live closer to each other, I think we would have some good times.
