I was also married in 1970, and would still be married to the same person had he not died.

I was still in school in 1970.......I got married to whatsisname in '76... ...lasted 8 years *ugh*... was never going to marry again... but been married 17 years this second time..

 

Our marriages were a second one for us both.. we just recently had our 26th anniversary...neither of us have the desire to
train another

 

Neither do I ...that's why I only had one marriage.

 

I came home from Nam in 70. no time for marriage. motto was so many women so little time

 

Oh good grief, the very thought, I totally agree ...no nor me.. if this one went down the drain, I'd stay single... . I said that after the first marriage, and stayed single for 14 years, but definitely if I had another divorce or god forbid was left a widow, there would be no more marriages

 

Never say Never.....lolol trust me !

What a great wedding picture of you and your wife Jeff. You two look so happy and like you both won the Lottery big time. By that look on your face I can tell your wife has her hands full with you but by the look on her face I can also tell that you met your match in her.
