I had a honda 90 and a honda 125 but my very first ride was a 1929 Buick Touring car. It had to be cranked to start It. It had a spark and a similar lever to give it the gas. Instead of a foot excellarator. It would purr right along from 3 mph to about 45 mph.
After the motorcycle my first car was a Consul 375 convertible in 1972 but passed my driving test in an old ex-gas company minivan in 1971. NOT THE ACTUAL ONE BUT EXACTLY AS THIS BUT IN PALE BLUE
After the Consul it was a dark blue Jaguar XJ6 4.2 the same as this ; after that it was a Ford Capri like this one ; and now an old 1994 Mazda ... this is the ACTUAL one ;
I love Mazda's , and they are one of my favorite vehicles, along with Subaru and VW. For many years I had a great little Mazda pickup, and I put well over 200,000 miles on it. Several trips back and forth from Western Washington to central Missouri, as well as just a lot of other driving. I was working for Combined Insurance, and putting an average of 1,000 miles per week on my vehicle; so I needed one that was dependable.
Like this one Bill, or different? http://www.29buick.com/ ( click on the link and scroll down for the pictures) or maybe this one....
Although this is not the exact Chevy Beretta that I had..it is the exact color with a pink "wave" etc. And this was my favorite car which I probaby would have kept until it fell apart if my ex hadn't "totaled" it in a wreck.
