My mom had 4 kids but in 2 sets so it was t that difficult. Also what was considered okay back then might not be now...different times.
Well, those that wrote the bad stuff on Facebook, have the absolute right to express their feeling about the show and/or her pregnancy. Isn’t that why we live in America, to express “Freedom of Speech”, no matter who doesn’t like hearing or reading it. People have been telling me how nuts we are for complaining about this weeks cold weather here and I keep telling them they are nuts for liking it.
It's true especially if you're in the public eye...if you make your life public be prepared for the ones that disagree.
I realize that everyone has the right to their opinions but I also feel that the old saying "If you don't have something nice to say, then don't say anything at all." would be so much better than the ugly things being said. Being in the public eye does not make them any less human or immune to hurtful and hateful words. Just because we have freedom to say anything we want, doesn't mean we should always say those things...especially when it is not any of our business. And the Gaines choice to have another child is really not anyone's business but their own whether they work in the Public eye or not.
But they made it everybody's business by posting it. True that I have no idea what was said or even if it's a public page on FB but that's the way the world is now and if you're a public figure you have to take the good with the bad. Look at the royal family as an example....
I don't agree that people have to say ugly, nasty things just because they are public figures who shared their happy news on their FB page.
I'm sure they do know how ugly and mean people can be by now....but that doesn't mean it doesn't hurt when people treat them this way.
