Must be a heavier dress than it looks. Heck, she coulda gotten a 10 lb. one for around $50.00 a pound and had enough change left over for a new car and something from Burger King. Sorry, but I’m just having one of those days when a lot of things seem a little funny and I just have to share.
I felt sorry for Meghan's mom, Doria Ragland, having to sit by herself. I can see why her half sister and half brother were not invited but I wonder why her mother's family were not invited.
BBC America running the wedding all weekend here which is good for people to watch what they missed and re-watch also. The price of the dress is OMG!!! @Shirley Martin Not sure why there could not have been someone with Meghan's mother. A brother, sister, another family member. I thought it was nice that Prince Charles took her hand though as the went to sign the registry. Another favorite part was at the end of the carriage procession as they made their way back to the castle after the crowds, Meghan put her hand to her chest like she was a bit overwhelmed at all the people. And something else is that castle. I thought it was a castle. It's like a village in it's own right. It's huge!
@Kitty Carmel , yes Windsor Castle grounds are pretty big. It's the largest occupied castle in the world!!.. It's not too far from me , just a little over an hours' drive..
Don't apologise, that's a very British style of humour... many people saying similar things here..lol..
I heard £26 million which is hardly surprising is it, security alone would cost a fortune No interest in the cost. It was 'tastefully' done unlike the Beckhams and others of their ilk She paid for her own dress
