Yes Lara being very much into music, I follow up movie soundtracks a lot, in fact that song introduced me to Jane Silberry and I subsequently downloaded all her albums, some I love some I don't.
I have that blue pot, 3 of those orchids in my sunroom, those pillow covers, and a batten lace tablecloth. What a good idea to lay the tablecloth over the couch to protect it from fading in the sunlight (I've had that problem before. I am so going to recreate this!! Thank you for the idea….and the reminder to water my orchids.
One of my favorites. Debussy reminds me of Ravel but this one doesn't make me sad…just peaceful. Maybe it depends on timing. Right now, I'm waking up and feeling refreshed…this hits the spot. I wrote a poem about this once but it was years ago and I don't know where it is now.
I always associate Debussy's Reverie with Schumann's Traumeria because it was on a compilation LP disc I had, one of my first vinyl purchases. I also like the piano version, probably more so come to think of it
I agree, I like the piano version much better. It's more peaceful. Träumerei is new to me…what a treat
Yes, we've missed you Joe. Love that Peace Train video! It's so you with the train and good music. …and Ohh, those graphics... trippy man, trippy lol. Seriously, beautiful.
I always loved the "Windham Hill" label and have lots of their albums, this is a couple of peaceful tracks.
Yes welcome Joe to a bit of peace from all the mayhem in the world, I too loved the Cat Steven's video.
