@Chrissy Cross I've always wondered, just what does having flat feet infer? I had horrible pain in my left heel, excruciating, back in MO, for months, hindering my ability to walk. Eventually, it went away, but I noted the left foot now "prints" a flat wet footprint. The right does not. Walking is unaffected. Frank
Yes because she didn't get her father's feet... she got his beautiful straight perfect teeth but not his ugly feet thank God!!
I have no idea but I recently read something that high arches really aren't ideal....don't quote me on this because it's a vague recollection.
There is an advantage Chrissy - with high arches, there's less chance of stepping on that nail sticking up from the floor !! It just missed, due to me arches
High arches provide "spring" in your step and make it easier to run as that is properly done on your toes.
I don't run but good to know if someone is chasing me. I'll have to see if I can find what I imagined I read....might be connected to back issues....but not sure. All I remember is reading something about them and then been diappointed that my suoer high arches weren't that beneficial.
It's funny but my husband was a much better dancer with his flat feet than I was/with my high arches.
