Feinstein's Next Move

Senator Diane Feinstein should assemble as many Congressional Democrats as possible to bring Sexual Misconduct charges against all 51 Republican Senators.

This is what the Democrats have wanted all along to re-balance the Senate toward the Left.

It's hard to believe with all that has been going on in our Government that any of our elected Officials are not guilty in one way or the other. Women included.

 

I suspect that if you look hard enough, you could find sexual misconduct and other scandals against all the Democrats. Including ms Feinstein.

 

If you look at all the politicians that are not running again you know that they all have been spoken to and told that if your past is bad leave and nothing said. Feinstein who covered for a Chinese spy for years has nothing to say about anyone else. This whole thing is just to stop the Republicans and nothing more. this tactic was used against Judge Moore in the election and when he lost his accuser just when away.

 

Good point, @Martin Alonzo on Judge Moore. I doubt seriously if any of the folks in the Beltway could stand up to the scrutiny that Trump is getting. Can you imagine being targeted by a team of a dozen of your enemies with an unlimited budget and the resources of the entire Justice Department behind them for two years? They have found so little, and now they are trying to expand the investigation into financial transactions that are decades old.

D. Feinstein is nothing more than a cash cow for her husband's business which to me, is why she has to stay in the Senate for as long as she can.
There are so many discretionary conflicts of interest involved, I cannot understand how she has managed to stay afloat in Congress but her husband's business has landed billions of dollars in government contracts because of her influence.

 

I think Feinstein should hang her head in shame after what she has done to that poor women...A letter sent in confidence not used at the hearing was leaked after just to stop a person being elected to the supreme court.

Disgusting.

 

I've been watching both parties have to answer questions fired at them left and right from their peers... !! Fascinating stuff, I've never seen anything like it in my life..



Anyway let's cut to the chase, ...who believes whom? ...

 

I took a couple of minutes to find out if Ford has tenure. Nada. Does anyone know if she is a permanent fixture for the unniversity or a professor awaiting the possibility of tenure?

The reason I am asking is if she doesn’t and for whatever reason doesn’t believe she will achieve it, it would be grounds for going in a different direction in order to glean some quick cash and some recognition.

There just has to be more to this whole thing than what I call “legalized hands off prostitution”. Whether or not the ordeal actually happened she stands to make a pretty penny from the accusation of a sexual nature and D. Feinstein is, in the literal sense, pimping her off.

 

The Republicans have caved in.

Senate Republican leaders have agreed to delay a final vote on Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh to allow time for an investigation by the FBI of the sexual misconduct allegations against him.
Sen. John Cornyn of Texas, the No. 2 Republican, says, "There's going to be a supplemental background investigation," which would delay a vote "no later than one week."

Anybody believe that "No more than one week" crap?

I wonder if the FBI will question Ford? Maybe ask about her fear of flying? She was caught in a lie about that under questioning by the woman the Republicans hired. She said that she couldn't fly to Washington for the hearing because she had a fear of flying. Upon questioning, she was forced to admit that she is a frequent flyer all over the world.

The thing about someone who lies to you, you cannot be sure they aren't lying to you next time. If a person lies one time, they will lie the next time.

ms. Feinstein was caught in a bit of a quandary, too. Only she and her staff had copies of the letter. She was asked if she had leaked it. She said no. The she was asked if maybe someone on her staff leaked it. She said she didn't know, that she would have to ask them. One of her staff leaned over and told her that she had already asked them and they said no. Doesn't she know whether she asked them or not? Maybe she is so old that her memory is failing? Maybe it's time for her to retire? Anyway, the letter was leaked. Only she and her staff had a copy. Someone there had to have leaked it.

 

Also, I wonder if they will ask Ford about her reputation in high school? The posts deleted from her Facebook page?
