The latest that I am reading is that our president says that he is going to set up tents, and any who apply as a refugee will be kept there until they go to the hearing for their application. Apparently, many of them are already turning back. President Trump has created more jobs, and the economy is slowly recovering; but we (and most of the whole world) have been on the edge of financial collapse for a while now. One of the things that I am concerned about is the effect that it will have on our economy if we have several thousand more people coming in, and many of them getting financial aid when they arrive here. Collapsing our economy is certainly one way for the United States to be taken down as the world leader that we are, and we can only support just so many non-working illegals coming into this country. More people are writing about this on the internet groups, and it is a real concern if the liberals win this election, and can open the borders for even more people coming in. Already, we have people living on the streets in many cities, and our veterans need a better medical care plan than they have, and even medicare needs to be bolstered to help those of us who are seniors. It is not right that our legitimate citizens should go without medical care or enough food and clothing, while it is all being supplied to illegals who force their way into our country. Look at that poor Marine who accidentally got arrested in Mexico. He was not causing any trouble, and there was only one of him; but they still locked him up in prison just for being there illegally. He might still be there if President Trump and Greta Susteren had not worked together to get him released from the Mexican Prison.
The radio news is saying that the second group of illegals used guns and firebombs to fight against the Mexican border people when they crossed that border. Our radio station uses Fox News, ABC News, CBS News and, I think, some others, so unless I am paying close attention, I don't know which news outlet it's coming from but it was on the radio an hour or so ago.
The news this morning is that the caravan people are going back home, and around 3,000 have either accepted refugee status in Mexico, or have gone back to Honduras , where they came from. The exact reason they turned around is not specified, but the article says that since the liberals have stopped paying them now, the are not going to come any further. This article says that they are still over 1,000 from any US border, but I know that I read somewhere that we were starting to process some who were trying to come in, somewhere along the Texas border. Since we always have people coming across our southern border, it might be that this is who they are stopping at this point, and if the pictures of the razor wire being put up near the border crossings mostly used, is true, then we are probably making it less easy for undocumented aliens to cross the border than it has been for them. https://theblacksphere.net/2018/11/3000-caravan-invaders-turn-back/
At the same time the media is refusing to put on Trumps ad about the caravan even Fox news has refused to show it. The media is controlled even Fox now.
Sure. The US undoubtedly have had to cope with a larger influx of migrants over time and in history, but can you imagine how much more was needed in the tiny country of Germany to accommodate almost 1 million refugees within about three months? Plus, with winter coming three years ago, they needed more solid accommodation than tents soon. It was a nightmare.

This reminds of all thse Syrians who marched and boated to Greece, then marched on to Germany where they were allowed entry. This has hurt the current German government and will ultimately lead a more conservative rule in Germany and who knows the internal discord these refugees has caused. Of course that is Germany's problem but we must determine how to maintain the integrity of our southern border.
