I don't recall the Product name, but there's a Commercial that has a woman walking around with her Bladder, which is a big pink bag with big eyes and skinny arms and legs. Is the bladder something we can discuss openly now? Let's go walking with our Bladders! Hal
Dunno. I think the commercial is certainly less alarming and more functional than the one’s about E.D. Biologically speaking, anyone can have a bladder disorder but E.D. is pretty selective and focuses strictly on a man’s ability to have sex. The most disgusting thing about ANY commercial dealing with prescription medications are the caveats at the end of the commercial. All the ways a prescription product can kill or injure a patient are listed which means to me that the product itself it pretty disgusting. One “yeast infection” commercial several years ago touted their product as some sort of god send to women but in the caveat it stated that some women could die from using it. And no, there really isn’t any subject that’s considered “hands off” in today’s ad world. Six year old kids know about and speak more openly about some of the less favorable functions of the human body than I even thought about at the age of puberty.
There is a commercial I've been seeing too much of, even once is enough, for a product called 'Roach Doctor'--it is so graphic, so gross, so disgusting...........I can't reach the remote fast enough. UGH.
Thank God we don't have commercials to do with prescription meds ( no money to be made in it you see)... only OTC meds... I couldn't stand to see graphic stuff like you describe @Hal Pollner
I haven't watched a commercial in years...so don't know....but nothing really surprises me or shocks me...Ive seen it all! Only one thing that makes me turn away from the screen and that is someone throwing up....ugh.
I love my fast forward button and the DVR .. I don't watch commercials anymore .. to stupid and disgusting !
