I understand that, but "different" doesn't mean how I get treated and basically called a liar or whatever. Again, I told the mailman what we listen to and, since he's been delivering mail here for years, he knows Jacksonville people, and said to me back "Bet the white folks really love you for that". Why did he say that back to me? I would suppose, even in a kidding way, it's because blacks here get surprised when they hear about someone, like us, who listen to Motown or whatever. In all honesty, like I've already said...……...none of you live here, so you really don't know how people here think/feel. We do!

Mailman and I were discussing the movies, including The Green Book and Black Panther in the Oscars and music came up. Nothing wrong with that. As far as being "picked on"...…...my wife says "enough is enough folks. You are picking on a man I dearly love and I don't even like it. Enough is enough!!" So...….
I'm not calling you a Liar, I just think you live in the most insular world I've ever known anyone to live in..and you see and hear only what you want to hear and what isn't necessarily factual

Golly, how many times do I have to say that...…..none of you live here! I am a man, but I sure don't need the headache of what you folks are putting me thru and did put me thru with the tattoo thread I done. All of you are "open minded" to everything and we are not. And, to say one last thing, where we are moving to would be considered by people who live here in Florida, the South and East Coast as a "racist" area. Why? Because the black population of the city is less than 1%. Wife and I get along great with blacks, but the town demographics just happens to be that. After doing some research, I found out that that part of Colorado, most, if not all, of Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, the Dakota's, the farm/ranch land of Nebraska and Kansas are ALL considered "racist" areas in the U.S.. Did you know that???
We all like Cody....but that doesn't mean we always agree with his opinions...or each others all the time either.
Of course I don't live there... I don't live in Africa, I don't live in Alaska either , but I know where sun shines and where it doesn't, and no amount of trying to convince me it doesn't is going to make me believe it...
