Reading Shakespeare can be a chore. Probably why I really enjoy watching a performance. Wife and I were lucky enough to go on a tour of Stratford-upon-Avon in the 80's. Visited Holy Trinity Church where he is buried. That evening we had tickets for 'Much Ado About Nothing' performed by the Royal Shakespeare Company. Still one of the high points of my time in the UK. As this scene shows, he is a master of powerful emotions. One of favorites.
You are much older than I realized, @Bill Boggs. When I lived in Minneapolis, I attended every Shakespeare play I could get to at the Guthrie. They were usually preformed in costumes not true to the period, but I still found them entertaining. It was a long time ago and far, far away. https://www.guthrietheater.org/
@Don Alaska I wish I had had that opportunity. What few I have seen since that long ago class I have enjoyed.
