So we have a refrigerator in the garage where we keep bottled water, soft drinks and beer. I was out there earlier, pawing around and rearranging stuff. Went back a couple of hours later for a bottle of water and noticed my cell phone laying on the shelf in the 'fridge. Wonder how that happened?? o_O

I TRY to do this as, I read it helps, and I think it does to some degree.Tell yourself in for mind what you are about to do-such as-
Laying my phone on the arm chair..
    Milk goes in the fridge
Parked car row six left side (when I return) in front of Boon's candy store
Stuff like is suppose to help us remember, vs just doing it without really thinking about it.
    Worth a try at least;)

Yeah, I also heard that it works but then I have trouble remembering what it is that I am supposed to do in order to improve my memory.
Sticky notes work too but when I get to the store to buy them I forget what it was that I went to the store to buy then I buy something I probably will not need just to save face.

All kidding aside now.. I am a calendar and note freak - um to speak. I keep a list on the kitchen counter of all the things
I need to do for the day- and week. I cross them off once done.Bills to pay, Radar to get nails trimmed, doctor and dentist app.
remind myself to contact apt office because something is broken...stuff like that.
I have always done this and , I feel like it helps me a lot, otherwise I probably would forget important hings for sure.
I also use this to make a menu for the week, in order to help me get what I need from the store. Things I do not have I transfer
to my grocery app...bingo ready to go. Anyways works fer me:)

Again, right on Gloria. I buy a calendar that has space to jot things on for each day - very handy !

That's me... and I'm not kidding either!!

I have a chalk board in the kitchen where I write all my appointments so I can see it every day... but my memory is so shot I can't retain new memories.. for example we were looking for a new car for me tonight..I saw the name, I read the spec.. I turned to my husband to tell him and it was gone.. no memory at all of the name of the car or anything except the colour!...all in the space of a couple of minutes
