If Hitler wanted to get rid of Germany's Jewish population and make it an all-Aryan state, then why didn't he DEPORT the Jews instead of exterminating them?

That was considered. There was a plan to move those who didn't choose to move elsewhere to the island of Madagascar.

    @Ken Anderson
That is truly amazing! I can think of no more beautiful place I should like to see than Madagascar, though certainly not as a prisoner of war.

And with that, one might note that he was against Any race other than the blue eyed, blond hair Aryan race.
The Jews, whom he considered to be parasites were only the prevalent grouping of a distinct differing race in Germany but he wanted the purity of the Aryan race to be without the blemish of any other race and not just the Jews.
if he could have exterminated every other race on the entire planet, he would have. (In my most humble opinion)

All that said though, Jesse Owens said that it wasn’t Hitler who snubbed him, it was FDR.

Hitler remember what the Jews did in WW1 where they promised England to bring the US into the war if they would give them Palestine [Balfour Declaration] they made the deal and then the news media own by the Jews started saying things like babies on German bayonets. So when WW2 started there was a fear that the Jews would do the same and they did. Not justifying what they did because they cannot. The only different than what the Americans did to the Japanese in WW2 is people in the US/Canada did not die.

Thanks to Smithsonian TV - it was clear that although FDR had his good points, but where the black community were concerned, there was none
Ford (of the car) was much better in that respect

Anti-Semitic garbage. At least maybe, as you make no grammatical sense, leading one to think English is not your first language.

I don't believe that. In fact, I have trouble believing anything that lumps an entire ethnoreligious group together as if they all got together and developed a plot.

Deportation to faraway places such as Madagaskar had been discussed by the regime but was then dismissed as being too expensive and imponderable. BTW, this "solution" had also been favored by the leader of the British Fascists Oswald Mosley who also included Abyssinia as another possible location.
Meanwhile, the unique frame of reference of an ongoing war had made alternative methods possible which would otherwise not have been feasible. The respective decision was made at the Wannsee Conference.

That must remain speculation, of course, and would probably have exceeded any regime's capacity. Hitler would not, however, have recoiled from using poison gas in Britain if he had managed to conquer it as is laid down in the "Schmundt-Protocol", an important primary source for everyone interested in the Third Reich and WWII. It's the record of a secret meeting on 23 May 1939 chaired by Hitler, with Goering, Halder, Keitel, Raeder present. What he said was not recorded verbatim but from memory in summary form by his chief adjutant Schmundt.

    https://www.ns-archiv.de/krieg/1939/schmundt/23-05-1939-schmundt.php

According to him Hitler has said:

"Ziel ist immer, England auf die Knie zu zwingen.
Jede Waffe trägt die schlachtentscheidende Wirkung nur
solange in sich, als sie der Feind nicht besitzt.
Das gilt für Gas, U-Boote und die Luftwaffe. Für die
    [...]

Wo die Wirkung entscheidend nicht mehr zu bewerten ist,
tritt an ihre Stelle die Überraschung und der geniale
    Einsatz.
    Das ist das Angriffsprogramm."

"The goal has always been to force England to its knees.
Each weapon can be decisive for the outcome of the war as long as the enemy does not have it.
That applies to gas, submarines, and air force. [...] Where it is impossible to judge how effective
a weapon is, surprise and resourceful employment will be relied on.
    That's the plan of attack."

Quite telling that certain historians tend to leave that bit of information out whenever they are referring to that source.
    That's why: ad fontes.

Martin Alonzo is a Canadian who now lives in The Dominican Republic, after he retired and moved there; so English is definitely his first language, @Lulu Moppet .

I don't think the Balfour Declaration supports your statements.

I'd rather discuss issues and opinions than grammatical skills.
