The answer is obvious, Cody, but here goes: black colleges and universities began as the already established ones were segregated. Black colleges and universities do accept white students.
Just read online that they do, but you should read online why they perhaps do. There are white students that do feel comfortable attending a black college or university, but there are also those that would not. Actually, I heard something on National News a couple of weeks ago, concerning a black college, and the person talking said "in this historically black college...…….". And, the clip shown didn't show a single white student at the college. Thing is, online/Internet, these colleges and universities are still called/recognized as "black college" or "black university".
What they have accomplished with all of this nonsense is to severely blunt the impact of the word "racist." If everyone is a racist, then there's no point in worrying about it.
