What??? Nicholas Cage is a darn good actor, as in...…..Family Man, Ghost Rider, The Rock and some others. Not my favorite actor, but still good.
I suppose "good actor" is subjective. He always seems the same to me; not much "acting". The only movie of Cage's that I enjoyed was Raising Arizona.
I consider him to be a "one-dimensional" actor. He has one expression and it is interchangeably used for happy, sad, mad, pensive, in love. You have to keep track of the plot to determine his emotional state. I don't like his voice, either.
