I read an article in the Washington Post just a few minutes ago. It popped up on my "News Feed". It was about AG Barr saying he will investigate the FBI and intelligence agencies concerning spying on the Trump campaign. Barr says he thinks it happened. He will investigate whether they followed the law doing it. The Washington Post tried hard to spin it but there's not much they can do with it. LOL! I don't normally read the WP but that piqued my curiosity.
Lots of people in the media are really stressed about it. Nancy Pelosi made the remark that the AG is just the mouthpiece for Trump. There are few reports that state the entire thing. He said he believed that spying DID go on, but it needs to be investigated to see if it was in compliance with the law. He also took a stand against early and complete unredacted release of the Mueller Report. He pointed out that the Dems themselves (as I pointed out earlier) made release illegal during the Clinton years.
From the Washington Post: A federal grand jury on Thursday indicted Greg Craig, a prominent Democratic attorney who worked for two presidents, charging him with making false statements and concealing material information in connection with work he performed for Ukraine in a case stemming from special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation. Craig, 74, is the highest-profile Democrat to be indicted in a matter connected to Mueller's work, which resulted in charges against numerous Republicans tied to President Donald Trump. They go on to make it sound like he is being falsely accused. I read the same story in AP and it doesn't even sound like it's about the same person. Who do you believe?
After two years of nonsense about Russian collusion, the Democrats now want to put everything behind us.
He may be the highest-ranking Democrat indicted SO FAR, and the charges against the Republicans associated with the Trump campaign seem to be minor so far with few jail sentences although several have been bankrupted defending themselves against spurious charges.
