    There is an illness that is promoted by the news media and backed by the Democrat party this illness is called. Trump derangement syndrome it seems very damaging to window, garbage cans, or other things that can be broken or thrown. It is also promoted by the satanic part of Hollywood. These people so scared of losing the control over the world that they propagate this illness. Like Trump said in his election to the blacks what have you got to lose and they voted for him. A Google search shows just how bad it has become. https://www.google.com/search?q=trump+derangement+syndrome+youtube&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8

    The cure is coming

    I just picked up on the end of an NPR segment on Trump and tax evasion since he is great at this issue. I've learned a lot from him so far as I worried about the $1000's in some debts (medical) I have but don't worry anymore if someone can get away with millions/billions, who knows the truth. Yes, this teaching makes me feel better.

    I don't want to post links, there is so much info on "his" reputation long before he came to the helm of the people. We'll never know the truth of this man and what and who he owes in the world.

    ...could describe any politician, anywhere. :rolleyes:

    Are you saying your dislike of the president to justifies non-payment of your medical bills? (I think that's what your rambling OP says; it's difficult to decipher.)

    You are a prime example of "TDS;" your hatred of Trump the person gets in the way of anything positive he might accomplish.

    @Beth Gallagher

    "TDS"? Anyhow, Trump the person IS, IMO, a pretty poor example of personal values: his reputation as far as his business dealings are concerned precedes him everywhere. Still, the country is doing well regardless of his personal taints. So, I try to overlook them: I do that by not looking at, or listening to him!

    "Trump Derangement Syndrome" -- Unhappiness caused by the election of Donald Trump to the Presidency of the United States. Sufferers display an inordinate loathing for and preoccupation with Donald Trump.

    I have stated on many occasions that as a person, I detest Trump. I have been able to get past personal loathing and see that he is doing good things for our country. I am not so much a Trump supporter as a right-leaning independent. Unfortunately that equates to a Trump supporter in the current political climate.

    Absolutely Frank. and thank goodness I unplugged cable a couple yrs ago and saving $100/mo and don't look at any of them and for sure not him. See enough of him when I turn on the computer. My decision on my debts was made long before HIM but only cemented more in the whole scheme of debt in the world period. My debts are from medical messes gone wrong and one almost has to be dead to sue doctors.

    I'd like to NOT put billions into wars. Nothing positive with them.

    And if this country and the world is doing so Great because of him, then so be it. But I question all that too.

    The stock market started to go wild during Obama's terms and it's been great for the rich. I guess. I own no stocks.

    Between the lines, you seem to be denigrating yourself for the "double-being": dislike the man, but approve of his results.......seems difficult for you to do, suggesting a very honest, respect-worthy individual (not Trump).

    Both Trump and Obama found that getting out of war is much more difficult than getting into conflict. That is why the declaration of war power was originally in the hands of Congress. Unfortunately Congress has ceded most of that power to the Executive Branch. That makes it easier to get into wars and allows the legislators to sidestep the responsibility. The Commander-in-Chief should have the power to deploy troops in response to an immediate emergency, such as the protection of citizens in the event of insurrection in a foreign country and the evacuation of those people and diplomatic staff, but should not have the power to deploy troops against a foreign power in large numbers over long intervals without a declaration of war. The Iraqi War is an example of a poorly-planned, poorly executive military intervention. We had no right to intervene in Iraq and the execution was terrible. Afghanistan was a different matter. The 9-11 attacks were planned, and initially launched form Afghanistan, and the evidence was that training for the attack was done there. The entire world supported us in Afghanistan and we had many allies there. Not so in Iraq, and the U.S. shouldered the entire burden there with little or no international support.
    That intervention was because the legislature ceded the war power to the executive.

    @Joy Martin
    Am in a similar "boat" though, thankfully, not caused (yet) by medical interference. Other reasons, mostly the result of my own pig-headedness: for example, I quit my highest-paying position because of personal inability to "roll-over", let it be at that..........

    We, too, own no stocks or securities of any kind. Well, "stocks", yes, but they are attached to firearms. :rolleyes:
