I agree, Tom. I supported Bill Clinton both terms and I believe that though he was a flawed individual he was a great president.
It makes me laugh when the people of Briton are calling the US president every mean thing even Nazi but if not for the US and Russia they would all be part of the Nazi empire and speaking German
As Americans, we like to think that we did it all alone. While our contributions and sacrifices were huge, we were latecomers to the World War II, and several other countries were involved. Australia Belgium Brazil Poland Czechoslovakia Canada Greece India Latvia Lithuania Malta South Africa China The Netherlands New Zealand Norway Denmark Estonia France United Kingdom United States USSR Yugoslavia I recall reading that China was not actually a member of the Allied Forces but they were at war with Japan at the same time that we were, so they assisted in the Allied efforts. Of course, this is off-topic in this thread. I just wanted to respond to the side conversation, so now we can return to the denigration or sanctification of Trump supporters.
Pastsy I was not being disrespectful for the British people who fought hard to protect its country from Germany and I would think that they are not the people who were degrading the President of a country who came to their aid when needed. How soon we forget.
I read this elsewhere today. "The economy seems to be the major reason for much of trump's support; therefore I'd be willing to have the economy tank if it would get that POS out of the WH." Seriously? This person has a mental problem, I think.
@Ken Anderson Do you know how long I looked at that money before I figured out the point? Geeze......
