Germany, which has never cared two figs about cricket, now sports its own team made up completely of immigrants/refugees from Pakistan, Afghanistan and the like. The team took part in a tournament on Guernsey quite successfully and is said to be reckoned with. So, world, you'd better be prepared.

 

Thomas while I am pleased Germany is embracing cricket.. I have to say that to have your national side chock full of Asian imports does little for the reputation of German cricket or the future of the sport in Europe. I want to see a sprinkling of home grown players taking up the sport in your country. One day down the track we may see a German cricket team filled with Germans. @Thomas Stearn.

Is this where I gloat about Australia's crushing First Test Ashes win over England. Did it hit you hard @Holly Saunders @Tom Galtry.

All I can say is "how sweet it is". Now bring on Lords.. as we Aussies have a good record there. Can Smith score another ton or two. Your camp must be having nitemares over him.
