If I had my druthers, I'd sleep on my stomach, but turning the neck completely sideways all night is a problem. I may try one of these. Looks like it would be hard on your cheeks.
I did not mean to imply otherwise. "The cover fabric of each pillow is made from 100% cotton, and it feels light and soft to the touch. The pillows' filling is made from 100% polyurethane foam which makes them shapeable, fluffable, and easy to fold."
Thanks! It's hard to explain to other people just how annoying it is. I can only sleep on my right side. The contour pillow keeps my head from moving too much since it supports my neck but avoids the ear pressure that starts the room spinning. Some of the physical therapy exercises on YouTube are really helpful. I hope you have some that work for you!!
Bess, I can completely sympathize with the vertigo. It's much more than just being dizzy. It's frightening, room spinning, and you are afraid to even move. Worst thing I ever experienced and I'm not a sissy. It happened to me 3 times within a 2 year period. All 3 times I was attempting to learn to sleep on my back with a very flat, or no, pillow. And it always occurred first thing in the morning. Never again. And it's never happened again (knock on wood).
