Ought to take a survey and see if it’s more fun to watch him buy stuff, return stuff or a combination of both. Then, we start a poll with secret side bets to venture as to what is next on his list. Chemistry set? Hot air balloon? Skate Board? A super duper Superman decoder ring in a box of cereal?
None of that juvenile crap, but what I'd really like to have again is a Microscope! Not like the one I had as a kid, but one with stereoscopic vision. Skate board? Not with my disappearing equilibrium! I can't even keep a 2-wheel bike pointing in a straight line anymore, which is why I bought a Trike for super stability! Hot Air Balloon? I'm afraid of heights! I was never interested in Chemistry, and only got B's in high school. I had a Captain Midnight Secret Decoder Ring in 1944-45, before most of you were born. Anything else? H.P.
If you had kept your IMac, you could have an endomicroscope like mine. I turn it on, point at what I wish to examine and look at it on the computer screen whilst focusing and eventually taking a full blown picture of the object of appreciation. I have even used it to blow up the image of a circuit board that I couldn’t see properly and take a picture of it for reference. When I was working on a skin problem, I blew up the culprit that had invaded my skin and was able to map out where the root of the problem was. It does everything a microscope does and a lot more!
I returned that Apple turkey this morning, and every cent was refunded, with no questions asked! I noticed that HP now has a couple models with the all-in-one case, like the iMac, but of course, they have W 10...... They also have a solid state 1 TB hard drive! Wow...what technology! Harry
In my HP, I have 1.6 TB and I have an external drive with 1 TB plus I have a Dropbox account should I really need that much storage.
It depends along which Technological Avenue my hatred is directed, Sir! I can tell you the resonant frequency of any AC network when the Capacitive and Inductive reactances are known. Can anyone besides Frank S. identify this device I designed and built? Hal
Why, I wouldn’t have the vaguest idea, that is, .........what provoked Tesla to build his version in the first place. He was indeed a grand visionary was he not?
