I learned you could freeze spaghetti noodles , without sauce, up to 3 months without them losing consistency. Then you just drop them in boiling water for a minute when you take them out of the freezer and drain. I'm not sure how many times I would need this info, but I thought it was interesting. Actually, cooked rice works much the same.
I learned we had our first frost last nite to the morn, 2c, it's all downhill from here. Maybe the frost will settle the weather for harvesting.
I should have been more specific, Micki. It deals the same cards maybe once every 100 games (just a guess). Not the same cards over and over. But, hey, that might be fun too! LOL
Welcome Charlene. This is a great place. Not very smart on the dishwasher scene either. I prefer the one i was born with...Me...
Today has been a good day. I learned how to crack an egg correctly. I've been doing it incorrectly all these years. I also learned what borborygmi is.
The egg?...did you learn to crack it on a level surface and not on the edge of a cup... ..and are you gonna tell us what Borborygmi is, or are you gonna make us have to move another muscle to find it on google?
Yep, all these years I've been cracking them on the edge of the frying pan or something. Also, don't stir scrambled eggs with a metal spatula, use a plastic one. I'm sure the world is a better place for me knowing that. Look up borborygmi. The exercise will do your fingers good.
Bwahahahahaha! OK. it's those embarrassing little bubbling, gurgling sounds that come from your gut when you are gaseous. Now aren't you glad you asked.
