The premise that D. Trump was talking in some sort of code would mean that the receiver of said code would have had to be previously informed of the facets of it. Perhaps, all of our world leaders are given the “book of codes” upon taking office. Doing so would eliminate the need to use finger and hand gestures as codes for whatever the media says they’re supposed to mean. I mean, everyone knows that a raised single finger doesn’t indicate “I love you dearly” but whatever else some of these hand gestures translate into is in the imagination of the media.

Being Jewish, I'm very aware of this organization. They are really a Jewish version of the ACLU, with more leaning towards communism than socialism. Through the decades, Europe wasn't initially attacking their religion, they were attacking their determination to bring in communism. The USA had the same problems during the McCarthy era. So, they play the anti-Semitism card, when governmental and social distrust of them has nothing to do with their menora. It has everything to do with their acute business sense, a talent for usury and their communistic utopia pipedream. Israel is socialism, but only because they know they won't get western support if they are communist. Their political turmoil is worse than ours.

Fortunately, Impeachment doesn’t mean removal from office. Only the senate can do that. To the question, dunno. The house majority (democrat) can indeed impeach the president but there are a couple of things that might stand in the way. If a representative thinks a little and finds that a yes vote will burn a lot of bridges with his or her constituency, then he or she might have to back up a step or two. Burning bridges can cause one to lose a job that, above all else, makes the representative a couple of million bucks in a short period of time. But, if the dem or rhino is an absolute idiot (and quite a few of them are) then yeah, there’s a big chance they’ll impeach him using only heresy as evidence.
